Mary Wiley, a native of Acworth, Georgia, has been dancing in and around Northwest Georgia since the age of 2. She has chosen to continue her dance training through Kennesaw State University where she will be graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in dance performance with a concentration in ballet. Mary has danced as a Guest Artist in various productions with the Cartersville City Ballet, most notably in The Nutcracker as Frau Silberhaus and the Sugar Plum Fairy. She is currently in production with CCB again for an upcoming show in March- including a piece choreographed by Jillian Mitchell of KitModus dance company.

While not in dance classes at school or feverishly meeting homework deadlines, she can be found driving back and fourth between studios teaching, or attending evening classes and rehearsals. Mary is currently working for the Dance Academy in Kennesaw, Georgia and Cartersville School of Ballet in Cartersville, Georgia. If you happen to find her outside of all things dance related, which is rare these days as recitals and deadlines are fast approaching, she is usually killing it at the gym with her trainer or lounging around with her dogs. 

 

Mary is known as an enthusiastic dog person with big dreams and no inside voice.
